X3000 Max

This is my fifth Ebike from the company. Prior purchase was 750 plus and x2000. With the prior purchases everything was in the box, everything worked and straight forward. Between the bikes around 9000KM ridden.
The X3000 max was a little different. There was no hardware for mounting the front fender. This is minor but when people open the product they would prefer to complete the assembly, not have to stop and go buy some hardware.
The left brake assembly sensor did not work. There was no motor cut off or brake light activation. In walk mode this was the same , would not activate. I made some adjustments to the sensor. The sensor assembly has two screws one was missing, very tiny screws difficult to find a replacement.
The front brake was not performing well. The bike shipped with the block for the disc brake assembly missing so I had to bleed and fill the brake lever.
In my opinion the bike is far superior to the older models. The build quality and engineering is great. To build the bike with all the accessories and the quality fit is just incredible. The company should be proud of the product.
I am looking forward to the X-Black Knight.
